CATTLE GUARD MOLDS

Norwalk Cattle Guard Molds feature Hydra-Strip™ Release and the latest in mold technology. No more turning the mold over and hoping that the casting strips out. The mold remains in place and the Hydra-Strip™ Release mechanism ejects the Cattle Guard from the mold. The Cattle Guard can then be easily lifted from the mold and rotated into the upright position.

FEED BUNK MOLDS

Norwalk Feed Bunk Molds are designed to reduce shop labor and speed up mold cycle time. Minimal handling of the molds is required. The mold upper core is removed; the outer mold jacket is opened; and the casting is stripped from the mold. The mold core remains in place and only the Feed Bunk is moved.
